You must take a private or group Intro Work Session prior to signing up for the Comedy Intensive. If you have not done so, please go back and do that. If you have, please be sure that you sign up for the Comedy Intensive you were offered.

The Comedy Intensive curriculum includes scene work on multi-camera, single-camera and film material along with reading, games, exercises, watching of a lot of television and film, and many other activities involving the business of the business, audition technique, your marketing, and more. On top of classes, you’ll be required to rehearse with your classmates for three hours a day every day that you’re not in class, including weekends. Consider yourself warned.

Lesly’s class is comprised of four acting classes over a two-week period. The schedule is generally as follows:      

• Three consecutive Wednesdays, plus one Saturday the first week .
• Wednesdays from 5:00pm – 11:00pm Pacific Time (or later!)
• Saturday from 10:00am – 1:30pm Pacific Time (or later!)
• Some intensives will start at 3:00pm PT to accommodate our East Coast actors (The Saturday class start-time will remain the same). These intensives will be via Zoom and are notated in the pulldown of class options.
• All In-Person intensives will meet at the Kahnstitute: 1720 N. La Brea Ave.

A payment of 50% guarantees your spot; the remaining balance is due no later than one week before the first day of class. If we do not receive your balance by the deadline (one week before the first class) we will need to charge you a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the amount due.
