If you find that you will be unable to participate in the Acting Essentials for which you signed up (“Class”), you must notify us of your cancellation in writing by no later than the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have signed up, in order to receive a full refund. (For example: If you signed up for a spot in a March Class, you would need to let us know that you cannot participate by February 20th.) Refunds are provided only until the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have signed up.
Should you find it necessary to withdraw from class after the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have signed up, and you notify us of your decision more than three, full working days (Monday through Friday) prior to the Class start date, we will apply your entire payment to the cost of a future Class. Should you find it necessary to withdraw from class after the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have signed up, and you notify us of your decision less than three working days prior to the Class start date, you are not eligible for a refund or a credit.
